Always have loved Osakas! By far better tasting and better priced than any hibachi in the area. Don't mind the mean old waitress she can't help her rbf and bluntness! I always get the special with no noodles, extra rice and it's enough for 2 meals!

Very hot in there. The waitress was so nice, but the chef was rude. I forgot to tell the waitress my son didn't want veggies and he said well u need to tell her or I put it on his plate. very rude.

The food is great here...but the owner an older lady behind the counter is the rudest most disrespectful person I have ever meet I've eaten here most of my life but never again! Practice your customer service skills!

Went back for the first time in 20+ years. Still just as good, unfortunately we couldn't eat in but that didn't take away from the taste!

Absolutely the worst Japanese steakhouse my boyfriend and I have been to. Everything is bland with no flavor. Our scallops were over cooked. The salad dressing seemed old. The soup was also disgusting. When we told our waiter about the scallops the owner complained to her about removing the scallops and the owner had the audacity to tell us that our scallops weren't over cooked. The only thing good was the grilled shrimp, shrimp tempura roll, chicken and our waiter.

Been eating here for years!! Worst meal I have ever had! Rice hard as a rock shrimp tasted funny vegetables raw! Owners idea of fixing this was at the end of the meal she gave us a pile of rice to take home...ok that doesn’t fix 65$ for a terrible experience!!

Been coming here for years. So you have to know something about Osaka, the hostess is so mean that she’s practically an attraction by now. Everyone knows about her, She’s been there forever, and she’s never going to leave. Other than that the place has decent prices, and good food.

I order food from this place often I ordered a Hibachi plate to go literally ate a few bites of the rice a piece of hair the food called they told me to come up there when I got there they refuse to remake it because I took three bites of the rice all the beat was still there everything was still there but a few bites of the rice and he refused to remake it even though I paid $21 for my food and there was a piece of hair that all I was asking for was a re cook they refuse refused to remake it I will never go back there or recommend them again to me that is so wrong

We were there this last Saturday night. Always a good atmosphere. They have updated the place since we were last there. Huge portions, great food.

The restaurant has recently been renovated and they have made great improvements! The food is good and you always get enough to feed yourself multiple meals, you'll need a to go box! The hibachi chefs are never anything less than friendly, polite, and entertaining. The best way to go is the "dinner special"! (It's not on the menu) It includes steak, chicken, shrimp, fried rice, veggies, noodles, a salad and soup.

Excellent food and they give you some much u can't close the carton. Look to spend $15 plus each

Been going there for over 20 years. Its a clean place, I love the food, especially the quantity. If you don't leave there with a full belly, it's your fault.

EVERYTHING is great, lots of food.

We went for my husband's birthday for lunch. Food was quite good service was OK. Chef was entertaining. Prices were reasonable. We would go back.

It was my very 1st time @ such an awesomely olace. And to watch your food been cooked right in front of YOU!! Just amazing.

The owner the little oriental woman was absolutely horrible. She comes to the table writes our orders down and hands plates to us. The other waitress brings us our salad and soups. The chef was unbelievable he did an exceptional job so we tipped the chef. But when it gets to the end the little old lady takes the bill we sign and leave no tip on the bill. She proceeded to question us on a tip as we explained we tipped the chef she then tells us that we need to seperate the tip and tip her and the chef. She is very rude.

Have eaten here on numerous occasions. The food is always consistently good. The price for the amount of food is a great value. We always enjoy watching them cook it. Some of the cooks are more interactive/entertaining than others. With as many people who sit at the table, I always appreciate the cooks verifying our order before cooking. As others have mentioned the place is old and dingy. I personally feel the restaurant part not as clean as it could be, but the cook area is cleaned every time in front of the guests. Yes the older lady who works up front could be A LOT more friendly.

The food is delicious, but there is a little old woman who works their counter. She is a rude and hateful person. The food is so good but I don't know if it's worth dealing with this woman.

I've been to Osaka several times over the last 15 yrs. last night was the first time we've been there in quite a while. They seem to have cleaned up the place but the cook look piss at the world no personality whatsoever didn't even try and do anything that impressed us. He didn't even know how to season the food all he did was covering up with lots of soy sauce . I always love to have the leftovers from Osaka the white sauce couldn't even cover up the taste it was so bad. I will give them one more chance before I don't go again. But if I ever get another cook from there that looks like they don't want to be there I'm not going to stay around for the meal.

Great food. Entertaining experience and a wonderful price. You get more than you can eat and get to take food home for later. Been going here for years and am never disappointed. This is the restaurant I use as a comparison for other Japanese steakhouses I try. I have not found another steakhouse that beats Osaka.

Nothing wrong with the food its the rude Lady at the front desk . I have called in 3 times ordered the same thing and got 3 different prices she has been raising the price and tip her self no longer eating there because shes robbing ppl so watch yall wallet wit her

Could use a huge makeover ...but the food is amazing !!! I totally recommend the lunch or dinner special u get soooo much food for the price !!! Enough for 2 maybe 3 people !!! Pic I posted is only lunch special I added white sauce on almost every thing and already ate and shared with my mother and that was still leftover !!!

got take out July 23rd 2020. ordered the filet mignon for takeout. The filet mignon was bad. and the vegetables with mostly all onions.

Food is delicious and service was great.

This place deserves zero stars. Went there last night for the first time and was disappointed. Asked for extra steak which I didn’t get the waitress came back one time to the table. I had to ask for a refill and when it came down to paying I didn’t leave a tip and she called the cops on me. She stated I had to tip her because she only makes $5 an hour and her tips is how she makes money. I told her that’s not my fault how you make your money. She kept yelling at me to stay in the building until the cops arrived. I waited at my car and when the officer arrived he laughed and told me to have a good night and that if she calls the cops again she would go to jail. So if you plan on going to this restaurant make sure you tip or you will have the cops called on you. Worst restaurant ever.

*Food ok definitely not the best hibachi* Server/management was rude*Cook had a great attitude but burnt the noodlesThe entire time my husband and I were there the manager was screaming as loud as she could at all the the employees. I don't understand why she could not keep clam until all the customers had left I mean it was 8:30pm they closed in 30mins. Will I recommend this place to anyone "NO". I'll make the small trip to Ocala for my next Japanese steakhouse fix.

At the time of this post the restaurant was only open for takeout. I ordered the steak and scallops and I think I got my money’s worth. The container was very full and so was I after I was done eating. I’ve had food from here many times and I have never regretted it.

First time dining here. Great experience!! Very large portions, very good prices!! Delicious!! Fun to watch the chef preparing the food right in front of you!!
